Even after a busy day gather around the dining table for a delicious feast before enjoying a movie night. A bedroom invites you to get cozy and warm while you rest for the day. When you reach the upper floor you will find 2 modern-designed bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms offering complete autonomy and privacy. All the spaces in it, offer an indelible mark on the visitors heart. Its location provides the perfect shelter for you and your loved ones adequate to enjoy carefree days away from your everyday life.
In the most desirable area of Falassarna, you will find this beautiful villa waiting for you to be in awe of this homes polished design aesthetic. The best part of the residence is the refreshing outdoor private pool where you can have unspoiled moments of relaxation on the sunbeds next to the pool soaking up and enjoying the Cretan sun. The perfect spot where residents can enjoy optimal habitation and a dazzling view, with a private garden lawn, and dont miss the parking space for your cars.
The villa offers an ideal setting for yoga sessions, featuring peaceful natural surroundings, stunning sea views, and a lush lawn area perfect for practice. With complimentary yoga mats, the complex naturally functions as a relaxing yoga retreat. Transportation services and private chefs can be arranged at an additional cost for a fully tailored wellness experience.
Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of May and from 15th September till the end of November, upon request free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27?C depending on weather conditions. We request three days advance notice for this facility.(Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)


From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15EUR per night/villa from April to October and 4EUR per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival
