There are three bedrooms, a large living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms and a large terrace from where to enjoy the sea view. It can accommodate six people and each couple will have their own room. There are two rooms with twin beds and a room with a double bed. On request I can add a cot. The large living room has a dining table and chairs, a couch, dresser with everything you need to set the table and the TV. The living room is connected to the kitchen with an opening serving hatch. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook there is also an electric oven, a toaster and a kettle. There are two bathrooms, the larger one with shower and washing machine, the smaller one with a bathtub, both have a window to the outside. From the balcony and the large terrace there is a beautiful view of the sea. You can dine outdoors, there are table and chairs. If you want on the terrace, you can relax on the sun loungers. The house is equipped with electric stoves for heating in winter and fans in the summer months. There isn't central heating I offer a free wi-fi, is not very powerful but it is enough for a normal Internet browsing. I provide a garage for the car, it is next the apartment and is suitable for a medium sized car. If the garage is too small for your car or do not want to use it, the residence where the apartment has free parking, the area is protected by a gate The apartment is located in a quiet residence and located a few steps from the sea (about 300 meters) and from the center of Acitrezza (500mt). Nous sommes ravis de cette location. Notre hôte nous à accueillis chaleureusement. Elle a pu répondre à chacune de nos questions, et a pris de nos nouvelles à plusieurs reprises. Le logement est tout à fait adapté à une famille de 5 personnes. Il est bien situé : plages et restaurants sont situés à moins de 10 minutes à pied. La Sicile est une île magnifique. Clelia est une personne adorable et très attentionnée et qui a tout mis en oeuvre pour que notre séjour soit parfait. Grazie mille Clelia ! Sie ist großzügig geschnitten mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Sie liegt in einer großen Wohnanlage. Der Blick von der Terrasse Richtung Meer ist wunderschön. Clelia ist ein sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieterin. Wir wurden mit einer Obstschale empfangen. Uns brach einer der Schlüssel der Eingangstür, morgens haben wir sofort einen neuen bekommen. Leider ist in der Nachbarschaft eine Location für private Feiern. Da ist die Musik schon mal bis 2 Uhr Nachts zu hören. Am Wochenende allerdings auch länger. ##### Marion K. Clelia was very helpful, all our questions were answered quickly and advice given. Superb service. The apartment is set on a steep hill with good views and is between Aci Trezza and Aci Castello both great for restaurants. Very well equipped, comfortable, nicely decorated. The two main bedrooms had good A/C. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The terrace is the highlight with a pleasant view of the sea and much needed shading. Sicily is busy with cars and parking and moving everywhere tight. The Jeep we were given by the hire company was not easy to park. ##### John N. The apartment was lovely and clean, spacious and in a good quiet location. It was well equipped and tastefully furnished. The view from the balcony was wonderful! The owner Cleilia was most helpful and informative, both prior to our stay & during it. It was very kind of her to leave us some provisions for breakfast for the following day.
