It is a two level house with five comfortable bedrooms, each room with its own bathroom and a/c. It has a separate area (rancho) with 18 people dining table, a nice rustic living room and a hammock rest area. The pool has a shallow area for kids, a wet table and pool bar with stools. The only downside of it all, that was not a big issue was the AC. They did the job just did not get as cold as we would of liked. They did take a while for the rooms to cool down.
