The house was spotless, beautifully built, and had everything we needed for a memorable celebration. It was peaceful, scenic, and a perfect place to relax and enjoy quality time with family. Even though we were a group of 18, the property is so spacious that it could easily accommodate even more people.The lack of TVs wasn’t an issue at all—it gave us the chance to disconnect and truly enjoy each other’s company. The only minor details were that the gaming house could use a bit of care or an upgrade, and a nearby neighbor had a landfill on their property (which is beyond the host’s control), but neither of these impacted our experience.Overall, it was a magical place, and we couldn’t have asked for a better setting to ring in the New Year and celebrate such a special occasion. The kitchen in the pavilion was clean and very effective to serve a large crowd. The space it provides is great. The yard was mowed nicely which is always a plus for games & etc. If anything could make an awesome place a bit better, it would be 2 professional style pickleball courts with good lighting, though this totally didn't keep us from having a great time.
