« I don’t even know where to begin to describe this place. It felt like home from the very moment we arrived and were warmly welcomed by the amazing staff. Our room was spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable, and we were even upgraded to a larger room. Breakfast and coffee was delicious. We felt so genuinely cared for throughout our stay that we honestly wished we could have stayed forever. A big shoutout to everyone working there (also to our yoga teacher, Nathalie) who made our first four days...

La situation en pleine nature au contact des singes et avec les bruits des oiseaux au lever du jour vous donne l’image d’être en plein cœur de la jungle. « Property was severely lacking working amenities - the tv had blurred screen, the gas was not working throughout the stay. We had requested for a late check-out and due to the issues with the room, they had agreed at no cost. However on the day of checkout, we were repeatedly disturbed by the staff, asking us to check out and every time we had to again explain the situation. What's the point of a late check-out if someone or the other is going to disturb every 5 mins. Disappointing stay. Will...

« This place is a dream, the domain is so beautiful and well maintained. Room was super nice and well designed. The infinity pool is absolutely magical. Only a couple of things to note, it’s quite remote so tuktuk fees are to be expected (don’t book via hotel to avoid paying double) and restaurant serves expensive fusion food only. »

« Superior Kamer met zeezicht , reeds een jaar van te voren, geboekt/betaald. In plaats van zeezicht hadden we 3 palmbomen voor de kamer staan. Eten/buffet was koud en goor. Waardeloze bedden. Slechte service. Jachthonden die op geld uit zijn.Het in zee zwemmen voor het hotel, is levensgevaarlijk ivm een sterke stroming vanuit de rivier. »

« Nous avons passé 5 jours à l’hôtel Cocobay Unawatuna. On a adoré et on a hâte d’y retourner! Des chambres très propres et confortables! La vue sur la mer époustouflante! L’équipe très gentille et très serviable. Nous nous sommes régalés avec le grand choix de plats typique et bien d’autres. Très belle expérience! Un grand merci surtout à Saman!!! « Nice stay, the luxury chalet is so lovely. The staff were nice enough, breakfast was fine. There are a lot of ants however in the rooms. It also would’ve been nice to know prior to our stay that there was construction going on to build a lift. The stairs are certainly not for the faint hearted. The pool area was nice but other than that the hotel amenities are limited. »

« Amazing hotel. Great staff, very boutique feeling with amazing decoration (balinese style). We stayed with our 3 children (9,7,2) in a family room, room 206, and the hotel felt perfect for kids. The pool has a shallow area, the beach area is safe and the hotel lended us some bodyboards for our older kids to play with in the sea. Note that the bedroom balcony doors do not close 100% by design so you will heqr the waves at all time (which we liked to go to sleep) but it may not be for everybody....

« Beautiful property on great stretch of Kabalana beach. It was really nice walking along the long stretch of beach and having a dip in the warm and clear water. The king size bedroom was big, clean and very comfortable. The pool area was relaxing with comfortable sun beds with a great view of the beach and also direct access. We enjoyed eating lunch at the pool area with some of the best king prawns we had, deep fried in panko breadcrumbs. Everything we had for lunch and breakfast was good...
