The living room is modernly furnished and has large windows, so you get plenty of light. When you stand on the large roof terrace, you have a beautiful view over the surroundings. On the first floor is a smaller terrace, ideal for breakfast or lunch in the sun. The open kitchen is fully equipped and here you can easily prepare delicious meals for family or friends.



Do you love water sports? Here you will find ideal conditions. You can also visit various sailing schools on the Westeinderplassen to take a sailing course. Do you want to pamper yourself after a day on the water? Then you can visit the marina's restaurant and enjoy a delicious lunch and dinner. Free Wi-Fi is available outside at the marina. You can use it on the boat terraces and in the Kempers Watersport showroom while enjoying a cup of coffee.



In the surrounding area you will find coastal towns like Noordwijk and Katwijk, which you can reach after a short drive. Amsterdam and Haarlem are 30 minutes away.
