Single-family house "Kleine Auszeit". In the resort Züssow, 15 km from the centre of Wolgast, 20 km from the centre of Greifswald, 22 km from the sea, 10 km from the lake, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: property 600 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees. Fireplace, barbecue house, roofed, parking on the premises. Shop 70 m, supermarket 10 km, bus stop "Züssow" 800 m, railway station "Züssow" 800 m, sandy beach 22 km, indoor swimming pool 20 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.  
2-room apartment 50 m2, on the top floor. Practical furnishings: living/sleeping room with sloping ceilings with 1 double sofabed, Scandinavian wood stove, satellite TV, radio, CD-player and DVD. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Gas heating. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot (extra).
