This was absolutely disgusting and disrespectful. And I contacted Hotels.com and they keep me on hold for alsmost 1 and half hours. They keep on transferring my calls to different people without any solution. This is the worst experience ever. It's a nice clean place to stay for a couple of days with a comfortable "at home" atmosphere located above a local restaurant. A good bargain and is located in the heart of Zurich. Close to the train station and right in the middle of a nice cobblestone shopping area. Linda is nice. Here is more like bnb, facilities are all new, good and clean. Kitchen and bathroom are new and comprehensive, breakfast is good. Our room is big and spacious with cold-air machine. The only shortcoming is a bit expensive and no lift. But it's still fine since Linda is willing to help on the luggages.
