« Malgré une gentillesse remarquable de son personnel, cet hotel n'est pas recommandable pour deux raisons majeures: absence totale d'isolation phonique, d'une part, et, d'autre part, salle de douche inacceptable (1 metre carré sans receveur de douche). Si vous prenez une douche, l'ensemble des élèments présents est trempé: vos vétements, mais aussi votre trousse de toilette, vos serviettes...inutile de dire qu'après vous, personne ne peut rentrer dans ce réduit à part la femme de menage. Bref,...

Я была в Армении по работе, и, в ввиду обстоятельств, оставила одному из моих клиентов бутылку вина из Франции на ресепшене отеля. Так что вы думаете, клиент моей специально приехал в гостиницу, а про бутылку там никто и ничего не слышал.... Очень неприятный осадок... Отелю необходим косметический ремонт.
