More expensive isn’t always better. The check-in process was not easy and they were not prepared for the number of people checking into their rooms. Long lines and short tempered workers do not pair well. Overall, my room was decent. The beds were nice but the room wasn’t completely clean. Breakfast the next day took 45 minutes to serve and was ice cold and very expensive. I asked for another breakfast and was told that it would take another hour to get it replaced. Also that they were having a hard time keeping up and serving all of the people in the hotel. Needless to say I was very disappointed by this hotel and wouldn’t stay there again. I expected better from Marriott.

I was told my truck couldn’t be valeted because it wouldn’t fit. The truck was not over 7’ for the garage. We were not given any other instructions for parking other than to find a meter. That should be advised before the stay. The hotel does not provide a garage for you to park in either. The front desk couldn’t help me because “valet was a 3rd party company” then why are they hired for your hotel if they can’t help me and you can’t either. Beds were also not comfortable. Just not a good experience overall by staff.
