Baltic Sea vacation for the whole family! This inviting and cozy holiday bungalow with its own terrace and WiFi is located together with 3 other bungalows in a quiet and sunny location in the garden area of a property in Zinnowitz. Each bungalow has its own terrace surrounded by lots of greenery and privacy. The Baltic Sea beach of Zinnowitz can be reached after a short walk. This apartment is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The holiday bungalows are located together with an apartment house in a quiet location on a closed and very well-kept property. Here you will be warmly welcomed by the landlady. In a bicycle carport you have the opportunity to charge e-bikes on site (for a small fee) and there is a central barbecue area for free use. The charming Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz is located in one of the narrowest parts of the island, which is characterized by the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser. At the beginning of the 20th century, hotels and guest houses were built here in the well-known spa architecture, which together with the spacious promenade create a beautiful picture and invite you to take an evening stroll. Highlights included: All consumption-dependent energy costs Wi-Fi Free parking space Activities nearby: The gently sloping sandy beach is a paradise for little shell seekers and water rats, but sun-hungry adults also feel at home here. If the sun doesn't shine, just visit the Bernsteintherme with its 850 m² seawater swimming area. Tip: a diving trip with the diving bell on the pier and excursions by boat on the Baltic Sea or the Achterwasser.  
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Bring all linen with you. Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Bring towels. The landlord lives on the same property. The landlord is a dog owner (Golden Retriever).
