A place to call home and feel at ease. Behind the dike, in the Residenz am Strand, you’ll find the 42 m² “Ostseerauschen” apartment on the 2nd floor, which spans two levels.

On the lower level, you’ll find a living-dining area with a fully equipped open kitchen, a living area with a TV, an armchair, a sofa bed, and a dining table. The separate bathroom with a shower is also located on this level. In the afternoon, the sun awaits you on the balcony, inviting you to linger.

On the upper level, you’ll find the bedroom with a double bed and a cozy reading nook—not to mention a skylight that offers a view and the sound of the waves from the beautiful Baltic Sea from every angle.

The apartment includes a free parking space.

A sauna and a hot tub are available in the residential complex’s communal wellness area for a fee, subject to prior reservation. The laundromat is also available for a fee and features coin-operated machines.
