Es sah auf den alten Bildern schon schön und gemütlich aus, aber nun, frisch renoviert, ist es einfach traumhaft gewesen! Gemütlich und modern (viel helles Holz und Akzente in mattem schwarz). Die Ausstattung war genau richtig, wir haben in der Küche nichts vermisst und die Kinder waren begeistert von der Spielzeugauswahl und den Büchern passend für viele Altersstufen. Die Lage ist super, ruhig, aber in knappen 10 Minuten zu Fuß am schönen Strand von Zierow. Dieser ist schön flach und hat einen Spielplatz. Also Ideal für Familien. Apr 6, 2019 #### Licht und Schatten Die hier gezeigten Bilder zeigen eine Foto-Mischung der beiden DOPPELHAUSHÄLFTEN. Unsere Hälfte hatte keine 6 Schlafplätze, 2 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder, mehr geht nicht. Ein Fensterblick in die andere Hälfte zeigte auch nur 4 Sitzplätze am Tisch. Zum Objekt gehört auch ein eigener Parkplatz. Zierow fördert die Eigenständigkeit. Es gibt in der Nachbarschaft - nix. Wer dies so mag ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Eigenes Kochen kein Problem, alles ist vorhanden, selbst - was sonst eher Mangelware in FWs ist - scharfe Messer. Leider gibt es keinen Stauraum. Wohin also mit dem Wocheneinkauf für 4 Personen? Schon Staubsauger & Besen stehen quasi im Wohnraum. Schränke sind Mangelware. Auch in der Schlafetage. Ein niedriges Dach zwingt zu niedrigen Betten und tief in den Dachschrägen plazierten Ablagen. Seniorentauglich ist dies nicht. Die Fensteranordnungen sind z. T. etwas "eigenwillig", da sie - bis auf die in der Sitzecke - entweder in Hüfthöhe oder noch tiefer (in Bodenniveau) angeordnet sind. Dazu fehlen an strategischen Fenstern für unseren Geschmack ein Sichtschutz. Einblicke sind hervorragend möglich, Ausblicke dagegen sehr beschränkt. Dies ist besonders zu erwähnen, da es sich im Ferienhauspark um ein doch sehr eng bebautes Gelände handelt. Dies ist auf den Fotos nicht ersichtlich. Als Mieter wird man am Nachbarleben Anteil nehmen können (müssen), umgekehrt natürlich auch. Der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen, die Ostsee"brandung" ist für Urlaub mit Kindern ideal. Ob es eine Strandbewachung (DLRG) gibt war im März nicht ersichtlich. Zierow gehört leider zu den SEHR weißen Flecken der Mobilfunkversorgung. Mit Glück gibt es im OG oder im Außenbereich einen Netzkontakt, besser man fährt nach Wismar. Oder auf einen benachbarten Hügel, wie die Einheimischen. Die Nebenkosten werden am Ende in bar erhoben, also entsprechendes "Klein"-Geld bereithalten. So weit, so gut. Kurzfazit: mit den genannten Einschränkungen kann man hier gut Urlaub machen. Wer etwas Abwechselung sucht ist hier in Zierow evtl. nicht so gut bedient. 6 (erwachsene) Personen im Haus ist wohl eher Wunschdenken. (PS... wir haben in keinem skandinavischen Haus jemals so viel verbaute Sperrholz-, OSB- und Siebdruckplatten gesehen.) ##### Michael F. Die Ostsee ist zu Fuß zu erreichen, mit großem Spielplatz. Gegenüber des Häuschens ist auch ein kleiner Spielplatz. Niedliches Häuschen schön auch mit Kindern. Hübsch eingerichtet die Küche hat alles, sogar große Töpfe und Pfannen;) Im November sehr fußkalt heizung funktioniert gut. Schöner Urlaub:) ##### Sophie G. Kleines, aber feines Ferienhaus mit allem (bis auf eine Mikrowelle), was man braucht. Der Strand in der Nähe ist ausreichend. Nicht zu groß aber es reicht aus ( wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder). Man verbringt im Urlaub eh die meiste Zeit außer Haus. Die Lage ist super. Ruhig und familiär. In der Küche wäre eine Microwelle noch gut. Die Betten im OG. sind gut aber der boden knarrt weil es nur Sperrholz/OSB Platten sind(naja). Könnte man ändern. Ansonsten alles top.
