"因為航班被取消，候補不上，帶老人家想說住舒服些，以前住海福商旅服務很好，覺得應該飯店會更棒，但是check in 前台態度不是很好，而且既然是飯店，感覺服務和應有提供等都沒有飯店的等級，早餐告知時間也非既有時間，有詢問需要早些用餐有可能嗎？告知沒有，結果隔天發現早餐很早已提供部分客人指定提早提供，但是餐廚阿姨不錯！早餐就是基本鹹粥等"
