Cet hôtel est très bien. Moderne, propre, petit déjeuner varié, pas très loin de 2 stations de Métro， mais surtout le personnel est accueillant et m'a bien aidé sur quelques demandes que j'ai eu concernant l’organisation de mon séjour. Many options - including traditional Chinese breakfast foods and pastries. I really had hoped that they would have a small area of convenience items to purchase - apart from the vending machines. Communication in English was a challenge but reception staff were able to communicate in basic English and they did try their best to make my stay comfortable. Hotel staff were warm and friendly, kudos to Mr Gu and Dolly. Breakfast was a buffet type and both continental and local Chinese foods served. It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a variety of foods to choose from. The staff was the best, which is my reason for a five star review. I felt very welcomed and attended to. The location was perfect for the purpose of my trip. This hotel will be my first choice when I return to Zhengzhou. Stayed there for one night. It is a nice and clean place. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable. The non-smoking room is truly no-smoking, unlike many other hotels in China when non-smoking rooms smell like a smoking room. The breakfast is decent. Hotel staff is friendly. Check out the park a hundred meters away down the road, it's a beautifully landscaped place full of weird and wonderful things. Will definitely be back! ##### Leon
