Clean and friendly. Great breakfast included with the room. Walkable town with great early season skiing. You don’t need a room with a view of the Matterhorn because you’re going to ride the lifts and get pictures up close anyway. Das Hotel ist seit März 2020 auch ein Garni. Das Frühstücksbuffet minimal und schlecht. Der Wellnessbereich nicht einmal der Rede wert! I recommend this property for： 1. Stunning view of the village and Matterhorn from the balcony of my room 2. Very good breakfast buffet 3. Well-designed room with nice decorations and lights 4. Staff speaks excellent English 5. 5 min to the train station, the main shopping street and Gornergrat Bahn station, 2 min walk to Sunnegga station 6. Lastly, when I checked out, there were pouring rain.
