Everything was great. I’ll need a few pages to describe how good this place is. We felt like at home. The amenities , restaurant, breakfast, room, sauna, pool…. All 5 stars Just to mention a few people like Albano at reception, Bastian at restaurant, Stefan always so helpful, Cristina in housekeeping. Will come back again. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful with any additional requests we had. After a long day of skiing, the spa facilities were a perfect way to relax and unwind. The food was absolutely delicious, and the cocktails were just as impressive. Der Teppich sicherlich schon Jahrzehnte alt Das Frühstück ist mangelhaft. Das Personal ist sehr passiv. Die Angestellten an der Rezeption sind sehr schlecht ausgebildet, und sprechen kein Deutsch. First, there are better options at a lower price point (we stayed in one earlier in the week). Second, depending on where your room is located, the sounds of the train can be a nuisance. Finally, there were very limited dinner options as part of the half board package that are not conducive to the varying tastes of individual family members.
