This spacious vacation rental is conveniently located just minutes from Nevada Beach, grocery stores, and casinos. The home boasts a game room with a pool table, an upstairs living area with a formal living room, kitchen, dining room, and ample sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests. Enjoy the hot tub without the hassle of running through the snow—it's located in the sunny lower-level rec room with access to an outdoor covered patio. The house features split levels with the kitchen and main living room on the mid-level, the game room downstairs, and all bedrooms on the upper levels. Please note that this multi-level house requires the use of several staircases to access the bedrooms. We spent a lot of time in the recreation room with the pool table and other tables to play games on. We did not use the hot tub as the house does not have AC. Afternoons were spent away from the house do to the abnormal heat wave and we chose not to cook after we purchased $300 in groceries so as to avoid heating up the house. We were not aware that you couldn’t park any recreational vehicles on the property. Pulled our boat out all the way from Wyoming only to find that information out so heads up. We also brought mountain bikes. Thank goodness we had access to the garage to hide the boat and the bikes. The location was great as Starbucks, Safeway’s and a pizza restaurants is at the bottom of the hill. The beach was only minutes away as well as SUP rentals.
