Vaulted Ceilings WiFi Central Air Conditioning/Heating Private Hot Tub LED Fireplace Ceiling Fans 4 TV's, DVD, VCR, & CD Player Board Games Deck Balcony Washer & Dryer Bedding & Towels provided Free access to Club House Douglas County VHR permit#DSTR1108P Cars/Parking We have a walk-up attached double garage with parking in front of our unit. You can also park a car in front of our garage (careful not to block the driveway for our neighbors. There are also TWO parking spaces across the driveway. Please pick up a Lake Village parking pass and register all of your vehicles with the security office at Lake Village's Office (at the recreation center). They have nothing to do with the rental of the unit, but they regulate the parking and provide security services in the complex. Also, you need to place a Douglas County parking pass in any vehicle parked outside. This pass is stored on the wall by the front door in a brochure holder. Douglas County requires they be displayed on the driver’s side dashboard of each permitted vehicle. The parking pass shall have the VHR permit number, license plate number of the vehicle, address of the rental unit, and a phone number for the person responsible for the vehicle. Failure to have the specified information on the parking pass is a violation of this code and may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle. House is nice and spacious with two dining tables and an open living room. Fit our group of 8 very well. The hot tub is in the basement room with no windows, so it gets quite hot sitting in the hot tub. We couldn't all fit in it at the same time anyways so we had to take turns going in. Also, the unit was 43 degrees inside when we arrived (winter trip). The owner was sheepish and apologetic. But first night was very cold. Otherwise a good stay. ##### Mark W. We came here for a Bachelorette Party that was almost two years in the making (thanks Covid!). Then just as we thought we were in the clear, the Condor Fire broke out in Tahoe two days before our stay! But Randy was super flexible and gave us the option to reschedule if we needed to, etc. We ended up going anyways and had an amazing time! The home was awesome, indoor hot tub was PERFECT and Randy was super responsive! Will definitely come back next time I am in Tahoe. ##### Jordyn D. My buddies and I take a ski trip out west every year (skiing is not great in North Carolina) and Tahoe has always been our favorite. This property was clean and fully stocked which was perfect for what we needed. We hit the slopes all six days we were there and it was great to come back to this property after a long day and then hit the hot tub. We made breakfast and dinner almost every night. The property was close to almost everything which was nice (Casinos, restaraunts, ski resorts, etc.). I would highly recommend this property for anyone traveling to Tahoe. Randy (owner) was very responsive to my emails and when I called him he always answered. Thanks for sharing your property Randy! It was very clean, larger than we thought with very nice new flooring and furniture in the living room. Loved sitting at the fireplace and play checkers with my kid. The beds were comfortable with lots of extra blankets if needed. Clean nice bathrooms with all the supplies. The kitchen had all the essentials, I would just add a couple salad bowls, but overall I was able to find everything I needed. The cabin is 5 min drive to Heavenly Ski Resort and even closer to the main strip with all the hotels, casinos, and restaurants. Very easy check-in and check out and excellent prompt communication with the owner. There were only 4 of us, but the house can accommodate for up to 9 people, very spacious. My family was happy to stay at this Tahoe cabin, thanks for having us! ##### Victoria S.
