Nice hotel with great staff, only let down where hot food choices, limted if you had a picky eater and cold, not even lukewarm, snack bar at lunch made up for the restaurant downsides

This hotel is on the outskirts of Laganas, far enough from the strip, but close enough if this is your thing! Just without the noise. The hotel was spotless, the amount of cocktail choices were more than most we have experienced (and far better!), the food was on point, the staff are so friendly and could not have been more accommodating. Sunbeds were always available regardless of the time and despite the number of people, the pool never felt overcrowded. I would confidently recommend this hotel, you will not be disappointed.

Every staff at this hotel is friendly and helpful especially the receptionists that made our holiday enjoyable and pleasant. I extremely appreciate the reception manager (Sira) that made our holiday very memorable. I want to commend all the staff for how much they made our experience very good and I would recommend others to book this hotel, the food was lovely,the service was top notch.If I were to come back to this area this hotel would be my first pick.

it's very bad experience.it's only value 3 stars. the wifi is almost disconnected. the food is nomal and few choice. I can't understand that the breakfast is close at 10:00 in a resort. even it is all incluvisive hotel. the drinking is very bad. the coca cole is without any gas. the hotel contral the cost too much.

Diese Anlage hat nicht ansatzweise etwas mit 5 Sternen zu tun. Maximal 3 Sterne wĂŒrde ich dieser Anlage geben und selbst da ,waren wir schon sehr oft in schöneren Anlagen. GetrĂ€nke aus Plastikbechern,Besteck,Geschirr dreckig etc

Sehr schönes und schlichtes Hotel. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und gerĂ€umig. Man merkt, dass das Hotel noch recht neu ist. Die Anlage ist gut, auch fĂŒr Familien. Zwei Pools sind vorhanden. Die Cocktails sind eher nur okay, no Name Alkohol und nur eingeschrĂ€nkte Auswahl. Das Essen ist gut gegessen, viel Auswahl. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, insbesondere Alexander, der uns fĂ€glich freundlich empfangen hat mit voller Energie.

Jag och min familj (man och en 18Äring och en 16 Äring) har bott hÀr i 4 nÀtter. Vi hade ett rum som var avdelat i mitten med en halv vÀgg. Rummet var jÀttefint och det gick bra att sova allihop sÄ. Ett stort plus Àr att det fanns tvÄ ac som reglerades var för sig. Den fungerade jÀttebra ! Vattnet i kranarna kÀndes dock inte sÄ frÀscht, nÀstan som att det var lite saltvatten pÄ nÄgot sÀtt. Maten var ok men lÄngt ifrÄn det bÀsta jag Àtit pÄ ett all-inclusive-hotell. Sen fanns det ingen annan bar Àn poolbaren dÀr man dÄ fick dricka drinkar ur plastmuggar Àven pÄ kvÀllen. Detta Àr för lÄg standard för ett femstjÀrnigt hotell tycker jag. SjÀlva drinkarna och servicen var det inget fel pÄ men det hade varit lite trevligare att kunna hÀmta dricka frÄn en riktig bar pÄ kvÀllarna. Sammanfattningsvis var det ett fint hotell med bra service och fint rum. StÀdningen var perfekt och personalen var trevliga. Men det kÀndes inte som ett hotell med sÄ hög standard gÀllande maten och drycken dÄ.

Eine schöne Unterkunft mit einem tollen Poolbereich, der wirklich zum entspannen einlĂ€dt. Das Essen und die GetrĂ€nke sowie die Auswahl sind einfach super und dazu kommt das super freundliche Personal. Das Hotel an sich und die Zimmer waren sauber. FĂŒr uns hĂ€tte der Pool etwas lĂ€nger geöffnet sein dĂŒrfen, aber das ist nur Nebensache.

Im Großen und Ganzen eine tolle Unterkunft, sicher zum Weiterempfehlen. Wollte man den Fernseher aufdrehen, hĂ€tte man sich ein kostenpflichtiges Internetpaket buchen mĂŒssen - eher ungewöhnlich. Leider ist der Abfluss beim WT sehr schlecht abgeflossen. Insgesamt trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert. Was unglaublich wĂŒtend macht, ist das Verhalten einiger GĂ€ste beim All inclusive-Buffet. Es ist gelinde gesagt eine Schweinerei, was GĂ€ste an diesem Buffet und beim Abendessen an sich auffĂŒhren. Es kann nicht sein, dass man Kinder beim Buffet wĂŒten lĂ€sst, diese sich 10 (!) StĂŒcke Brot auf den Teller laden und nicht einmal eines davon nehmen u.s.w... Leider zeigen ihnen das ihre Eltern offenbar so vor - 1x vom Bierglas genippt und stehen gelassen, 1x in den Apfel gebissen und weggeworfen, Berge von Speisen zu Tisch mitgenommen und stehen gelassen - Pfui Teufel! Im Allgemeinen kann man dieses Verhalten einigen bestimmten HerkunftslĂ€ndern zuordnen...

GrundsĂ€tzlich handelte es sich um ein modernes und schönes Hotel. Zum Teil ist das Personal sehr freundlich gewesen. Einige verstehen allerdings kein Englisch, was ich bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel erwarten wĂŒrde. Das Essen ist auf Dauer etwas wenig abwechslungsreich, aber es schmeckt. Das Zimmer in dem wir geschlafen haben war sehr hellhörig. Auf dem Flur war es sehr laut und die TĂŒren knallen, sodass wir sehr oft von anderen Menschen oder den TĂŒren wach geworden sind.

This property is NOT 5* and Ebookers are negligent to sell it as a 5* hotel. It does not adhere to EU fire safety regulations and the staff are confrontational and aggressive. I booked a 7 night stay with my three teenage children and we checked out after one night due to many concerns. My fifteen year old daughter was threatened by the hotel manager when he accused her of filming him while I was complaining (she wasn’t, but I'm sure you can understand why he was so concerned about being filmed!) and I was threatened with the police by a porter when I was airing my concerns at reception for the 5th time. The staff at this place are very male dominated and they definitely played on the fact that I was a single female. Having stressed my concerns for our safety to Ebookers on the first day they couldn’t care less. I had to find alternative accommodation myself and pay again and have spent my entire holiday trying to get my money back. To summarise: 30 minute queue to check in (no apology), dirty room, set up for 2 guests not four, fire extinguishers not attached to walls, just left on the floor for anyone to remove, shower seal broken so bathroom flooded each time it was used, you have to pay for pool towels, Wi-fi DOES NOT work (they want payment for upgraded Wi-fi), spa not open, pool area dirty, charge for premium drinks and a la carte restaurant, food appalling (canteen style), bbc world news only English channel on tv, NOT 5* - not even 3*. AVOID this hotel AND Ebookers
