A very clean and well-maintained hotel in an excellent central location right on Krupówki. It combines modern comfort with traditional charm and style. Our atrium room with a balcony was spacious and comfortable, making it an excellent choice for families. Our family had a wonderful stay in Zakopane.

Love the location, right in the main strip. Room was Very clean, the only improvement I would suggest is to add microwave and refrigerator to the room. The staff very accommodating, friendly and everything was ready for our arrival. The breakfast was amazing - great spread of food for the whole family.

I thought our room was air conditioned, but it wasn't. Fortunately it was cool out. We didn't get our room cleaned or new towels, but the front desk have is 4 towels and 2 bottles of water. They were very helpful and friendly.

The place itself was nicely located in the heart of the tourist sector. There are no fridges in the room and no airconditioners. We were there in hot weather, so the rooms were always hot. You could open the windows at night but the noise on the street lasted until about midnight. I think they might have some fans to help with hot weather, but not enough to go around. The owners would do well to install some airconditioners, particularly in the units facing the main street. Fridges should also be installed as there is no way to have cool water in hot weather. There is no ice machine, so again, difficult to hydrate in hot weather.
