Para ahorrar personal y por sentido práctico, tienen contratada la seguridad a través de unas cámaras a distancia. Al entrar ves y te ve, a través de una pantalla, una persona que vigila la puerta de entrada continuamente. En recepción te atienden de 9 a 13 horas cada día. La cafetería abre todos los días sólo para los desayunos, que están bien de relación calidad-precio. Recibes un SMS con un código y una clave. El registro se nos puso en alemán y llamamos a un teléfono que estaba claramente señalado. Enseguida nos atendieron en español y pudimos entrar. Suele haber aparcamiento gratuito en la calle. La cafetería sólo abre por las mañanas para desayunos. El hotel ofrece café, té y bollería gratuitamente en la zona de recepción.
