The pool was amazing and the apartment had everything we needed. The beach is a 20 mins walk or a couple minute drive (There is parking). Our host kindly did all our laundry and accommodated an early departure. We were able to walk the neighborhood easily finding good food and beach access. L'hôte est très sympa, souriante et disponible. La propriété est parfaite pour un séjour en famille. It was so late, but the host welcomed us incredibly kindly and friendly. The rooms were large, clean, and stylish. The pool was very clean because of being cleaned by a robot, but unfortunately we had no time to swim there. The host was very nice and accommodating! She was a pleasure to be around and the property was truly beautiful! There is not a whole lot around the direct area but you are still so close to the bustle of Zadar! The pool was amazing and the villa had everything we needed. We had the large suite with our own personal pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Beds were great. Best pillows on the trip-memory foam. Living area was nice. Cool pet turtle named Franklin roamed the yard. Perfect parking behind the building. Open area behind the building to walk and explore. It was actually really nice. However it is not a resort or a hotel for that matter. This is a family house, and they use the rooms and made them into hotel rooms. The reception is never there so it made it difficult to pay our bill or ask any kind of questions. The location wasn't exactly ideal either. It was about 2 miles away from Old Town and going their at night is a little unnerving. But with all that being said is was a nice little room, it was all clean and fairly safe. It was a little further away from the old town and beach than we expected but actually this was a good thing as Zadar was quite crowded. It was quiet and relaxing. The kitchen area needed updating in our room but other than that was ok.
