The beautiful villa with only 2 apartments for 4-5 people is located in the beautiful resort of Kožino, just 5 km from Zadar. The house offers 2 spacious and air-conditioned apartments for 4+1 people each, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each. Both apartments have satellite TV, air conditioning and WiFi. The outdoor area with courtyard and garden offers an outdoor grill, a covered dining area (pavilion) with a large solid wooden table and benches. There is also a porch swing and all kinds of Mediterranean plants.  
Kožino is now a popular holiday destination for all those who want to enjoy and experience the peace of the quiet pine and oak forests and the crystal clear sea, as well as the natural charm and beauty of the landscape.  
Kožino is located on the Zadar Riviera, which has an extraordinarily rich tourist offer. Here you will find attractive bays with pebble and sandy beaches that ensure a varied but relaxed family holiday.
