Everything from the location, the staff, the hotel itself was beautiful and maintained its historic charm. However, the food was less than desirable. Such a missed opportunity in the heart of Zacatecas to have such poor quality food. Being Mexican from Zacatecas it was disappointing to have a cuisine that lack flavor (bland with no salt at the table) and representation of our culture.

Overall stay met our expectations. Breakfast was very good I would recommend the green chilaquiles. The only issue we had was that our room was not cleaned until the evening on day 2 of our stay. We will be staying there again.
