Magnificent Mossbylund Hotel

I cannot say enough good things. The highlights for me were the cleanliness, the outdoor heated pools, and the warm and friendly staff. They also cater to special dietary needs. I will go back!

Tolles Hotel in Strandnähe! Die geräumigen, hundefreundlichen Zimmer waren sehr angenehm. Das Frühstück war lecker und vielseitig, und das gesamte Personal ausgesprochen freundlich. Es gibt auch einen tollen Wellnessbereich mit mehreren Außenbecken und Sauna. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Min man och jag önskade oss en härlig övernattning och en god middag. Allt detta fick vi verkligen på Mossbylund. Från incheck till avresa var allt toppen. Trevligt bemötande av all personal, fräscht rum, underbar middag, god natts sömn och härlig frukost. Allt vi hade önskat. Plus: Jätte bra frukost! Rent rum! Spa är fint med olika pooler och utsikt! Minus: Middag är överpris! Till Spa behöver verkligen tofflor annars finns stor risk att halka särskilt på omklädningsrummet, vilken är stressig! Personalen är inte alltid bäst bemötande mot familjen med barn. Det var första dagen och jag går men mina barn i den tillåter tider i spa! Mina barn var ganska upphetsade och glada över att uppleva spa, så i en pol som var tom, utan kunder, dem började leka lite med vatten. En av personalen kom och bestämt att bestraffa dem hård och sen kommer till mig att klaga över med samma negativa beteende! Den personal kunde hantera allt med bra bemötande: kunde bedöma att dem inte förstod andra kunder, kunde påminna om regler i en mjuk sätt utan att vara otrevlig mot dem och mot mig! Om det finns en familj timme att njuta spa tillsammans med barn då tänker jag personalen kan vara inte så strikt och i all fall ha en bättre positiv bemötande!
