The staff are friendly and they helped to reserve the Nikka distillery tour for us (which is free!). One of the best surprises is the restaurant. We had the multi-course tasting menu (included in our room charge) pair with wines from Hokkaido. The distillery tour and the dinner were definitely some of the highlights during our 3 weeks trip in Japan. The only problem was there is no elevator but the staff are happy to help.
