**Pros** * Spacious unit with a nice layout. **Cons** (many) * Rooms were not clean. There was dust in the corners and kitchen area, and the leather sofa had a strong unpleasant odor. * Even my young children commented on how dirty the apartment felt. * Very limited amenities. Aside from towels, bottled water, hand soap, and a hair dryer, almost nothing was provided. * Had to purchase our own laundry detergent. No iron or vacuum was available. * The washing machine and the bathtub's whirlpool function were disabled, making them unusable. * Confusing check-in process due to multiple elevator banks and poor directions. * Front desk staff were not helpful. A large sign at the entrance tells guests not to ask them any questions because they do not assist residence guests, creating an unwelcoming first impression. * Several warning notices in the room about fines for not washing dishes or sorting recycling correctly. The tone felt harsh and unwelcoming. **Overall** * While the apartment was spacious, the poor cleanliness, lack of amenities, confusing check-in process, and unfriendly atmosphere made this a disappointing stay. I would recommend choosing another property with better service and hospitality for a similar price.

Chambre et personnel ok, très bien situé. Par contre, vous croyez réserver un hôtel avec piscine… sauf qu’elle n’ouvre qu’à partir du 1er juillet et j’y ai séjourné du 28 au 29 juin. Bien sûr ce n’est inscrit nul part lors de la réservation. Donc déçu de la prestation par rapport au prix.
