« Overall this was a nice property. The only issue is that the listing stated there was a futon bed in the living room. The bed, was merely a couch with two reclining seats. The seats reclined very far, but that doesn’t make it a bed. If somehow, this fixed reclining couch turns into a futon bed it is very unclear how that is accomplished. Other than this, it was a very nice stay. »

« This was the second time in just over a year that we've staid here. It is lovely, well appointed, and clean! Plenty of everything you may need. We have used the outdoor grill and it was clean and performed well. We love that it is quiet here and not really far to go to Hot Springs.
