My sockets in my room did not work I call you have someone come to check and nobody showed up so we had nothing to charge our phones. The microwave wasn’t working cause it couldn’t be plugged up.

Rooms have definitely been smoked in. First room we had someone must have just smoked in there. Ash in the window/ very accommodating with switching our room. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great
