Staff tried their absolute best to help with any of my requests. Everyone was friendly and polite, warm and helpful. Breakfast selection was reasonable, quality was also not bad. This night was booked as an extension of my room from a previous booking. I had to change rooms, which was a bit disappointing, but in the end it was not really a big deal.
