Bon rapport qualité-prix ##### JF Stayed 7 nights in Jan 2018 ### 2/10 Terrible #### Sakchai, Chiang mai Dec 23, 2017 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort ห้องพักไม่พร้อม ฝากกระเป๋าไว้ แล้วช่วยเอากระเป๋าไว้ในห้องด้วยหลังจากห้องเสร็จ พนักงานรับปากแต่ไม่เอากระเป๋าไปที่ห้อง ห้องพัก อยู่ชั้นบนสุดต้องเดินขึ้นทางบันไดหนีไฟ ตลอดระยะทางเดินขึ้นห้องพักเห็นรองเท้าแตะวางระเกะระกะ ทางประตูเข้าห้องพักของแต่ละชั้น และมีขยะบางส่วน เมื่อถึงหน้าห้องพนักงานเปิดประตูห้องให้ เปิดแอร์ให้แล้วเดินออกจากห้องพักไปโดยไม่มีการอธิบายใดๆ เราวางสัมภาระ แล้วมองหากระเป๋าเดินทางที่ฝากไว้ ก็ไม่เห็นเดินสำรวจดูรอบๆห้องก็ไม่มีห้องน้ำให้ใช้ จึงเปิดประตูออกดูจึงรู้ว่าห้องน้ำต้องแชร์กับลูกค้ารายอื่นๆ ซึ่งเรารับไม่ได้กับโรงแรมนี้ จึงเดินออกจากโรงแรมนี้แล้วจองโรงแรมอื่นแทน เมื่อพนักงานเห็นเราเดินออกจากโรงแรมจึงรีบเปลี่ยนห้องพักที่ดีกว่าให้ แต่เรารับไม่ได้แล้วจึงถามหากระเป๋าเดินทางที่ฝากไว้ ปรากฎว่าอยู่อีกมุมนึงของเค้าเตอร์เช็คอิน โรงแรมแห่งนี้นับเป็นโรงแรมที่เลวร้ายที่สุดที่เคยเข้าพักมา เอาเปรียบลูกค้า ไม่สนใจลูกค้า ตอนแรกจอง 2 ห้องเพราะมีพนักงานเรามาพักด้วย แต่ต้องยกเลิกไป 1 ห้องเพราะพนักงานเราติดภาระ มาไม่ได้ยกเลิกห้องก็คืนเงินไม่ได้ทั้งๆที่ยกเลิกก่อนวันเข้าพักหลายวัน เราทำธุระกิจโรงแรมเช่นกันแต่ไม่เคยเห็นโรงแรมไหนจะเลวร้ายเท่าโรงแรมนี้ เราเคยเขียนรีวิวนี้ให้ Expedia ไปแล้วครั้งนึง และนี่เป็นครั้งที่ 2 ถ้าหาก Expedia ไม่ทำไรเลยกับโรงแรมนี้ เราจะไม่ใช้บริการของ Expedia อีกในอนาคต แล้วจะไม่เอา Resort และ Service Apartment ของเรา Join กับ Expedia ในอนาคตเช่นกัน Resort: Dreamcaught Treehouses Chiang mai Thailand 50150 Service Apartment: Freedream By Dreamcaught Nonthaburi Thailand 11000 ##### Sakchai Stayed 1 night in Dec 2017 ### 8/10 Good #### wai ming Dec 13, 2017 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### 4.8 酒店前台服務人員非常有禮貌,有善親切及樂意幫助住客搬行李上上落落樓梯！酒店位於市中心,吃喝玩樂都非常方便,下次去仰光都會住番這間.。 ##### wai ming Stayed 5 nights in Nov 2017
