"We booked a room with a single bed but got a tiny room with two tiny very hard beds. There was no breakfast available, not even coffee in the morning.. the restaurant was closed completely. No air conditioning, just a fan with tiny slatted windows. Calling this place a “Boutique Hotel” is a joke..we ..."

"the room was dirty & smelled humid, the food service was terrible old meat in the menudo, the quality of the food was not what it used to be I came back bc I enjoyed being here last time & I come back with my family & the worst experience ever. there was no quiet floors too much noise."
