Ambiance étrange dans cet énorme hotel qui fut une clinique pour malades mentaux autrefois; entre Harry Potter et Shining. Chambres petites mais bien conçues et comfortables. Le petit déjeuner laisse à désirer, aussi bien pour l'ambiance, le service, les boissons et plats proposés.

Hôtel extrêmement propre. Le personnel est impeccable, professionnel, sympathique et toujours prêt à aider. Rien à redire, j’ai adoré mon séjour et je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter. J’y retournerais sans réfléchir lors d’un prochain passage à Buffalo.
