Wynooska Lake Tours and Activities

The staff is incredible, and the hotel is very lovely and centrally located; everything was exactly as it appears in the photos.

El lobby y áreas comunes del hotel estaban sucias y descuidadas. El aire acondicionado del cuarto muy ruidoso. Guardaron nuestras maletas antes del check in en un cuarto lleno de escombros y polvo.

The room was modern and clean. Staff was helpful and polite. The free parking is a plus, but it is off site-about a two minute walk from the hotel. The only issue we had was the intense amount of smoke we smelled upon entering the room. It was masked with the cleaning materials used, but the smell of smoke permeated throughout. I would suggest that the hotel strictly enforce their no smoking policy, as it might be a turn off for guests.
