Zelwerowicza Central Studio is an apartment located in the very center of Wrocław, right next to Wrocław Market Square. The Market Square is surrounded by colorful historic townhouses representing a variety of architectural styles, with the impressive Town Hall as its dominant feature. The building once served as the city’s administrative center. In the heart of the square stands a colorful fountain with a statue of a dwarf, which has become one of the symbols of the city. The Market Square is also home to numerous cafés, restaurants, and shops, where guests can enjoy local specialties or go shopping surrounded by the historic atmosphere. Importantly, Wrocław Market Square is not only a place for social gatherings and entertainment, but also frequently hosts various cultural events, concerts, festivals, and fairs. It is a lively place at any time of day, attracting both locals and tourists and immersing them in the magical atmosphere of the city’s rich history.

Just across the Market Square from the apartment is Juliusz Słowacki Park – an ideal place for walking, jogging, or simply taking a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The surrounding area offers many tourist attractions worth visiting, including the Museum of Architecture, the Panorama Racławicka Museum, the Lubomirski Princes' Museum, the National Museum, and many others. The neighborhood is also home to numerous cafés, restaurants, entertainment venues, service points, Hala Targowa market hall, and Galeria Dominikańska shopping center. The apartment is very well connected to the rest of the city thanks to numerous nearby bus and tram stops. This makes it easy for guests to reach all the attractions Wrocław has to offer.

Zelwerowicza Central Studio features a stylishly furnished living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette, as well as a bathroom. Guests have access to a range of practical amenities, including free WiFi, an iron, a hairdryer, a washing machine, a fridge with a freezer, a toaster, a dishwasher, and kitchen utensils. Parking is also available for guests; however, parking spaces are not guaranteed to be available.
