"Der Gastgeber hat eine andere Ferienwohnung zur Verfügung gestellt, als die nach Bewerbung angezeigte und nach Vertrag gebuchte. Das war willkürlich und nicht den Bedingungen entsprechend. Gebucht - Unterkunft in Waldstraße 18 zur Verfügung gestellt Ferienwohnung im Platanenweg 5\. Da wir bereits in Darmstadt waren und angereist sind, war eine Klärung vor Ort nicht mehr möglich. Das ist schlicht Vertragsbruch - habe ich so noch nie erlebt."

"In der Unterkunft war alles super. Sehr sauber, keine Probleme. Leider hatten wir nur mit einer anderen Unterkunft gerechnet, da wir gemeinsam mit anderen Freunden im selben Haus gebucht hatten, wurden dann aber weiter weg untergebracht, da diese schon bereits vergeben war. Das fanden wir etwas schade, da wir extra so gebucht hatten, aber abgesehen davon war alles super!"

"Excellent welcome. Parking was easy but not cheap. The room was well equipped and comfortable. The aircon was a little odd and didnt seem to do anything but cold. There was no bath, and shower was not well enclosed so the whole bathroom floor gets wet. The bathroom door is a frosted glass sliding design which does not offer much privacy and has no lock. The breakfast in the morning was very good. Lots of choice and well made. "

"Good sized room in a good location. Only one elevator was working which resulted in some lengthy delays getting to and from the upper levels. More than once during my two week stay I was left with 2 hand towels and no bath towel. Otherwise the stay was great. There's free travel on the Mannheim public transport included it you join their rewards program."
