We got what we paid for! It's a reasonably priced old Motel. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. It lacked a few of the amenities we're used to in the larger, chain hotels, but for what we needed and the amount of time spent there, it was perfectly adequate. The only things I think that would have made it better was a bedside lamp and a chair. The room was definitely older and could use some TLC, but it was large, clean, had everything we needed and the beds were surprisingly super comfortable. It was also right next to the High School for our event and within a brief walk of the springs. It was perfect for our needs, though. The room was small but clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. There was a setup for coffee and even some granola bars. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Can’t beat the price. However, the owner went into our room before we got there and turned on the AC unit and the TV in preparation for our arrival. The room was quaintly decorated and very comfortable. The bed was also comfortable, and the room and bathroom were very clean. Given the age of this motel, I expected an old, musty smell, but there was none. It was nicely amenitied with a coffee maker, microwave, and 3.2 cubic foot fridge. It is very apparent that the owner of this motel takes pride in his property. It is situated behind a fast food restaurant, but there didn't seem to be any traffic or noise. And at 50 dollars cheaper than 2 other hotels during our trip, it was very well worth the money.
