Newly renovated home with some old-world charm; lovely front porch with seating leads to a bright, wonderful glass entry foyer that welcomes you to this classic feel with a modern touch. This unit has smart locks for easy access, Central heating & cooling, wifi throughout, big-screen TVs, a fully stocked kitchen, a bright bathroom, and Plenty of space to move around freely. This centrally located unit is less than a mile away from Downtown, Polar Park, and all the city has to offer.


Other things to note

This property is equipped with cameras for security purposes. Cameras are in the common hallway (outside the APT) and the exterior of the building.

NO CAMERAS INSIDE THE APARTMENT.

There is a total of 5 cameras. Two are located at the building entrance, one in the front and one in the back entrance. The other is located on common area stairs of the building, one on the 1st floor. There is also one in the backyard right above the basement door pointing to the yard. Cameras are on and recording 24/7 during your reservation.

This place was just perfect for us!! The host was very responsive when we had a question or needed something. The kitchen had many spices and condiments so we didn’t need to buy that. Great area of town and close to everything!!

Soccer tournament weekend

House was very neat, clean, comfortable. Parking is on the street. The only issue we had was the lock on the laundry room door was not working while we were there which was SUPER annoying, as that was one of our main reasons for staying in a house vs a hotel. We wanted to be able to wash soccer clothes throughout our tournament and could not.

decent property

The property is decent. The floors in the bathroom are very sloped/uneven. Upon arrival the backdoor was not locked which is a touch unnerving. Everything was fine inside.

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice and big this place was. In addition to the good sized bedrooms there was a very large sitting area and a very well appointed kitchen. The place was spotless. The decor was plain but nice and we were fine with it. Location is great, just off Pleasant Street (a major artery) and close to everything downtown.

Great stay

We had a great time at this property. Check-in was super easy and we had no issues with the property or neighborhood. We did however find that we could not adjust the thermostat and I've never encountered that before. It was fine the first 5 days, but on our last day it was unseasonably warm outside (had been cold the entire time before this). Due to the warmth outside, the inside of the property left us sweating and extremely uncomfortable as the thermostat was left on heat and we could not change it as it was locked. Thankfully it was our last night and the previous days were so cold that it never became uncomfortable. Also, the upstairs occupants did not sleep at night the entire time we were there so we heard stomping at all hours. We ended up purchasing a fan to sleep with to help drown out the noise. Other than those two small issues, the property was perfect and had everything you could think of. Will stay here again if I find myself in the area.

Comfortable stay at newly renovated place

The place is as nice as described and shown on the listing. It is clean and set up for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well equipped though it is tight but fine for a short stay. The beds are comfortable. I am not familiar with the area and so I am not able to say much about the location.
