Our overnight stay was satisfactory in that the bedroom and shower room were clean and of good standard. We had a few problems with the heating and had to move rooms a couple of times but were provided with additional heaters and the host did her best to sort things out. We spent a cosy night. We had a bar meal which was good pub grub and good value for money. Parking at the rear was convenient. I informed the staff member that breakfast was not required, due to a time factor i could not wait to discuss with relavent member of staff. I assumed that i would have been refunded £20 which they had charged to my C/Card. Only stayed there for one night but we were left disappointed. This property did not have wifi even though it was advertised that it provides wifi, room was full of dusts, we could not close the window so my partner went downstairs to ask if someone could close it as it was cold in the room. after waiting for over an hour I went to check myself what was going on thankfully we were placed in another room...but again there was no wifi so I had buy myself to spend another £20 on top of what we already paid with no decent customer service.
