This was stated in the booking but upon arrival to check in we had been allocated a room furthest from lifts, car parks breakfast and pool access. We were advised by check in staff there was nothing they could do as they were fully booked. The manger over heard this and went through all the bookings and re checked us in to a more suitable access room for my wife. We would like to thank him for going out of his way to help us out. The room was in a helpful location and we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights at Peppers Salt as usual. Room was clean, breakfast great and pool amazing. Oh and we had a noise complaint at 4:15pm for 2 of us talking in our room with the doors and windows closed... LOL. Apart from these issues, the rooms purpose was so we didn't have to pay for Ubers, and have a big night out to see an awesome band, and it did the job. Beds are comfy and the water is hot."
