In the room the carpet was filthy. The mattresses were too soft. The internet was poor. The downstairs area looked very uninviting, like it had been left to rot. It was dark and depressing. Albrighton Hall Hotel and Spa, a member of Radisson Individuals
Could be more access friendly. Doors were a challenge if you have crutches or wheelchair. However, staff were very accommodating. The stay exceeded our expectations, we shall return.
