Perfectly located for arriving by car and visiting Wismar. Parking was easy and free. We had a superior room which was very spacious with a large bathroom. The room had every facility you could want. Very pleased that there were no cushions on the bed, good quality bed linen and towels, charging points beside the bed and lots of storage space. The staff were lovely and the service was good, as was the breakfast. We had no complaints at all.

The property was very convenient to the historic center of Wismar, but had elevators and convenient parking. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the convenience of its location.

The rooms and the rates are very very good. However to our disappointment the cost for the breakfast was equal to the price of the room and low quality. I would not book park hotel again unless i have a separate breakfast solution outside the hotel.

I booket a room for 4 persons 2 nights and prepaid. I was aware that i had to pay city tax when i checked out. But then i also had to pay 140 euro for ekstra beds for my children. This is very misleading when you book a room for 4 it should be inclueded in the first invoice and not something to charge when checking out.

ok but not more than that

Overall ok hotel, nothing special. The restaurant good, bar excellent and very good service there. Furnishings in the room (junior suite) very low quality, Ikea style quality. Water leaking from shower to the bathroom floor and simple plastic cover for the shower area. Very low quality furniture, especially in the bathroom. Bottom of towel cabinet had gotten wet earlier and showed the damage. The bed nice and the room ok even though using the word "suite" for it is very misleading. Just a decent large room.

Wrong experience

Hotel was good but I had a very bad experience with payment. I have booked 3 rooms. At night hotel blocked money for all three rooms on my credit card. Then during check out I have paid whole amount. Then 1/3 of blocked money has been unblocked but the rest (>200 euro) are still blocked. So, it looks that I gave 0% credit to Radisson chain for 15 days (normal block is expiring in 15 days). I have asked hotel staff (via phone and email for relief of my money but they do not know any procedure how to do it). So finally, hotel employees developed/know a lot of supid COVID-19 procedures, but they do not know how to cancel block of money. It is like in early 90s.
