Located just 1 km from the town center and 8 km from the sandy beach in Zierow, the home makes a great base for coastal day trips or city strolls. You can also explore Boltenhagen, Insel Poel, or Wohlenberg—all nearby.  
  
The house features a private garden, a roofed terrace, and an electric barbecue—perfect for outdoor dining. Inside, you’ll find a warm, inviting space with heating, a seating area, flat-screen TV, WiFi, a coffee machine, and a dishwasher. For families with kids, a cot and high chair are available on request.
