### Apartment 'Kleinbauer' with Shared Terrace, Shared Garden and Wi-Fi

Apartment Kleinbauer -- Enjoy the sunset over the roofs of Wirsberg.  
  
Our apartment is located on the top floor and has all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation.  
  
The apartment is 75 square meters and consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each (one double bed and 2 single beds), a living room (with flat screen TV), a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a refrigerator, dishwasher, a coffee machine (filter machine and a Senseo pod machine), kettle, toaster, etc. and 1 bathroom with toilet, bathtub and separate shower (including hairdryer). Towels and bed linen are provided free of charge. Parking and WLAN access are also available free of charge.  
  
A terrace with barbecue area and a large garden with various children's toys (e.g. swing, trampoline) can also be used by arrangement.  
  
We are a small family who live in the house and are always available for questions and suggestions  
  
Bayreuth is 23 km away, Kulmbach is 19 km away and Fichtelberg is only 30 km away from the Kleinbauer vacation apartment.  
  
The nearest airport is Nuremberg Airport, which is 102 km from the Kleinbauer vacation apartment.  
  
Shopping facilities and restaurants are available in the village (e.g. Restaurant Alexander Herrmann).
