Club de golf de Winter Creek

For the price they charge and being a resort, I was expecting to receive a better service and a clean,better and spacious room. The bedding sheets from our room had blood stains, the doors looked like if they don't clean them and disinfect them, the bathrooms are too small that you can barely walk around the shower. I went to talk to Jose at the front counter to let them know about my concern about the dirty sheets on our room but it seems that he didnt care what I told him, he didn't even took my name or asked me which room I was in , all he said was that he was going to let the housekeeper know and then he just called the next guess on line. Not a good customer service. Pool area is nice and people from the poolbar is great..

Mal servicio al cliente, hice late check in y el estacionamiento es un poco complicado de entender ya que tienes que estacionarte hasta la planta de arriba y acceder por las puertas de ese nivel, no por el ascensor. Tuve problemas con el drenaje y no me pude bañar, me cambiaron a otra habitación “sin costo extra” (no esperaba menos dado que su habitación no funcionaba) y a pesar de ello no tuvieron buen servicio para ofrecer alguna amenidad dada la circunstancia
