Windsor Racecourse Tours and Activities

Room was clean, the staff that spoke to had been polite and helpful. I was given a assessable room which wasn't what I booked but a beds a bed. I was on the first floor with my window facing the alley next to the 02 Academy, stayed 2 nights, 1st night was fine but the 2nd night the local homeless had made a camp in the alley and about 1:30am they it sounded like they was having a party followed by a fight. Not the hotels fault but something to keep eye out for.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The room smelled bad ( like fish) When we checked in our room. So we had to checked in another room on the 4th floor. Unfortunately, the second room we changed to got problem with the sink. It was clogged up and the water wouldn’t go down. Here we go again, we had to change to another room on 10th floor.

It was absolutely perfect, clean, spacious, great location for Buckingham Palace, very comfortable indeed and great value for money. I had asked if my room could be ready a little earlier so I could get changed for an event and they did all they could to make it happen!
