"We had a total of 3 adult couples and two 16 year old boys for the week here. We had no problem at all from a space point of view. The boys were a little cramped in the bunk beds bud made it work. Showers had great water pressure and a huge master closet. Having the spare fridge and freezer were super helpful. Plenty of floats and boards in the garage. Having access to the golf cart was a nice addition, but you are honestly so close to the beach and pool, it’s not necessary. I do wish that the other Windmark property with the ice cream shop and pizza place was joined to where you could drive the golf cart there, but it is just a 3 min car drive off 98. We ate at a few places in Port St Joe, but the best was probably Krazyfish. A little expensive, but comparable to other places in the area. The pizza at Windmark Beach Bruno’s was phenomenal!All in all, we would 100% stay here again, great location and nice house!"

"Had a great time in Port St Joe with the family. Food was fantastic, views were great and the amenities were spot on. This was a fantastic property and with the golf cart included made accessing the pool and beach a breeze! The property itself was relatively new and super clean. We ate in couple nights and cooked the speckled trout and scallops we caught earlier in the week in Steinhatchee, FL. We had all the tools and then some to prepare 2 great meals at the property. Thank you Dustin and Nicole for welcoming us into your home!"

"The property is set in a subdivision the beach isn’t far either with the help of the golf cart. There’s a community pool within walking distance with lots of chairs available to sit on. The house is very nice. The bedrooms are of nice size we were 11 and were comfortable."

"The space was very nice for our family of four. The kids slept on the day bed and trundle, while we slept in the large bed in the bedroom. We cooked breakfast both mornings and the kitchen had everything you’d need. Everything was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The large beach umbrella provided that we used was very helpful. And the outside shower is very handy. If I were forced to have a criticism…hmm. No staples in the stapler…lol. We did not bring a chip clip so we were trying to improvise to no avail.It’s a nice walk through the neighborhood to some shops, restaurants, and easy beach access and a short drive to the heart of Port St. Joe. We didn’t get a chance to swim in the neighborhood pool but we did check it out one evening when we were taking sunset pictures on the nearby beach, and it seemed very nice. I’d stay there again for sure based on the location, affordability, anmenities, and space."
