Spacious clean room with mini fridge, noise from door banging in the corridor through the night, one set of towels between 2 of us, we were promised an extra set but never arrived, fan in bathroom didn’t work, there was a fan in the room but was still too warm, one lift was out of order, the photos on the website must be AI generated as the hotel is nothing like them, no sockets near the bed, car park only has 10 spaces but there are public car parks nearby, not the nicest part of Sheffield

the incredible individually decorated rooms are the standout feature to me along with comfy beds, nice staff and cool custom soaps in the bathroom. Worth the price.

Lovely spacious, clean room in this charming period hotel. The staff were very helpful and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. A comfortable and enjoyable place to stay.
