The staff were very friendly, but were unable to answer basic questions. The food was generally poor, and the pool grill food options were frequently sold out/not available. Coffee was provided in room, but there was no coffee maker. The gym was broken and not useable

This was our first time in Jamaica and we are SO happy with our stay. I am always a bit weary of hotels but this one was great, clean and welcoming. The beach and pool were clean as well. Staff was very attentive and nice.
